未引出NRT波形的人工耳蜗植入患者的康复效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨未引出NRT波形的人工耳蜗植入患者的康复效果。方法选取人工耳蜗植入术后患者60例,其中男34例,女26例,年龄2.5～14岁,根据术中能否引出NRT波形分为两组,试验组为术中未引出NRT波形的3例,其余57例术中引出了NRT波形者为对照组,分别测试两组患者开机训练后3个月、6个月的听觉反应阈和语音、声调的识别能力。结果对照组开机后3个月听觉反应阈值、声母识别率、韵母识别率、声调识别率范围分别为35.8±5.5 dB SPL、76.3%±12.8%、81.5%±12.8%、71.4%±15.4%,6个月时分别为34.7±5.5 dBSPL、77.2%±13.9%、82.6%±11.8%、71.4%±15.8%。实验组3个月、6个月的听觉反应阈值和普通话声母、韵母、声调识别率值均在对照组测试结果范围之内。结论术中未引出NRT波形患者的术后康复效果等同于术中可引出NRT波形患者,不宜仅以术中能否引出NRT波形来预测术后康复效果。Objective To explore the curative effect on the absence of intraoperative in cochlear implant users, Methods Sixty children （34 male and 26 femal）aged 2.5 to 14.0 years were implanted with cochlear implants and they were divided into 2 groups according to the absence or presence of intraopreative neural response telemetry： the experimental group（n= 3）, and the control group（n= 57）. The average sound--field thresholds, speech perception thresholds and tone discrimination were obtained after implantation. They were trained for 3 months and 6 months, respectively. Results For the control group, the average sound- field thresholds, speech perception thresholds and tone discrimination scores were 35.8±5.5,76.3±12.8,81.5±12.8,71.4±15.4,at 3 months after the implantation,while for the 6 months after the implantation , these results were 34.7± 5.5,77.2± 13.9,82.6 ± 11. 8, and 71.4± 15.8. For the experimental, group, these results were within the thresholds observed in the control. Conclusion The rehabilitation outcomes of the group with the NRT present were similar to that of the NRT absent groups.
