小儿重症手足口病的胸部影像表现初探

摘　　要：目的初步探讨儿童手足口病(EV71感染)的胸部影像表现。资料与方法回顾性分析经临床确诊的重症手足口病23例患儿的胸部X线表现。结果手足口病的胸部X线主要表现为肺野透亮度减低、大小不一的斑片状、结节状影以及肺间质浸润改变为主的网格状、条索状影。结论手足口病的胸部X线表现多种多样,具有一定特征性,与病程进展有密切关系,可作为病情观察的指标之一。Objective To explore the chest radiologic manifestations of severe Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease （HFMD）. Materials and Methods Chest films of 23 children patients with HFMD were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were confirmed by comprehensive clinical data. Results The X-ray findings of HFMD showed the decreased translucency of the lung field, various patchy or spherical shadows, and pulmonary interstitial infiltration with abnormal lung markings, stripe, reticular,nodular shadows. Conclusion HFMD shows various characteristic patterns on chest radiogram. The X-ray findings are correlated with the progression of disease, which can be the index for monitoring the disease.
