摘　　要：主要阐明科学发展观是对传统发展观的挑战,它要求用新的思维范式代替传统的思维范式,实现由单向度一极主体思维范式向双向度多极主体思维范式转变的创新。同时,论述了科学发展观思维范式创新的基本特征。The essay discusses the challenge of scientific concept of development towards traditional concept of development , requires that traditional thinking mode should be replaced by new thinking mode so as to realize the transition from one - way monopole thinking mode to double - way multi - polar thinking mode. It also discusses the characteristics of creative thinking and scientific concept of development.
