摘　　要：从机构传递动力的要求出发，定义了最佳传动角对心摆动油缸机构，导出了综合此类机构的计算公式，作出了实例计算。From the requirement of mechanism power driving ,the paper defined the oscillating oil cylinder mechanism which has optimal driving angle,and deduced the calculating formulas of the shape synthesis and size synthesis of the mechanism.Finally the paper took a mechanism to calculate as an example.
