摘　　要：对以邻硝基甲苯和对氯苯肼为起始原料,制备吡唑醚菌酯的工艺路线进行了研究。对合成过程中的关键步骤溴化和还原,采用有效的方法,减少了副产的生成。以对氯苯肼计总收率大于48%,产品纯度大于95%。该工艺具有生产成本低、操作简便和易于工业化生产等特点。A new method for preparation of pyraclostrobin by using o-nitrotoluene and p-chlorophenylhydrazine as raw materials was described. The key step of bromination and reduction were modified for reducing production of byproducts. The total yield was more than 48% based on p-chlorophenyl hydrazine with purity higher than 95%. This process is easy to be industrialized with lower cost.
