喹硫磷和辛硫磷二元混配制剂的分析方法研究

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱外标法对喹硫磷、辛硫磷分别进行定量,方法的标准偏差喹硫磷为0.084,辛硫磷为0.083,变异系数喹硫磷为0.79%,辛硫磷为0.40%。回收率喹硫磷为99.81%～100.09%,辛硫磷为99.86%～100.10%。This paper introduced a method for separation and determination of quinalphos and phoxim in their combination by HPLC. The results showed that the satandard deviation were 0.084 and 0.083 for quinalphos and phoxim, respectively, the variation coefficient 0.79% and 0.40%, and the average recoveries 99.81%-100.09% and 99.86%-100.10%, respectively.
