摘　　要：文章从信息素养内涵出发，分析了信息共享空间与信息素养教育之间的密切关系，表明信息共享空间是培养读者信息素养的最佳场所。在阐述交叉培训对扩展工作人员服务技能、加强岗位协调和提高服务水平具有重要作用的基础上，探讨了信息共享空间环境下交叉培训的对象、内容和方法。该文为《数字图书馆论坛》2009年第2期本期话题“信息共享空间”的文章之一。This article analyzes the close relationship between information commons and information literacy education based on the connotation of information literacy concept. The authors think information commons is the best place for information literacy education. It elaborates the important role of cross-training to extend staff service skills, strengthen coordination of positions and improve service quality. And basing on that, cross-tmining＇s objects, content and methods are discussed.
