摘　　要：目的使脑瘫患儿的足外翻畸形通非手术治疗达到矫治。方法对158例有足外翻畸形的脑瘫患儿在常规治疗的基础上在特定部位加强进行神经-肌肉治疗仪,电针,推拿,穴位封闭等治疗。结果足外翻畸形消失98例,足外翻角度减轻10度以上者32例,足外翻角度减轻5度以下者28例。结论脑瘫患儿足外翻畸形的非手术治疗效果显著。Objective Operation cures the through fully extroversive abnormal mistake using the paralysed brain trouble son reach correct and cure. Method The muscle carrying out nerve cures an instrument, the electricity needle, maripulation, acupuncture point seals off waiting on paralysed brain trouble sort basis treating in routine having fully extroversive deformity to 158 examples in specially appointed location sharpening treat. Result Fully extroversive deformity disappears 98 examples, the fully extroversive angle lightens 10 spending all above person 32 examples, the fully extroversive angle lihtens 5 degree of the following person 28 examples. Conclusion： Operation cures fully extroversive deformity of paralysed brain trouble son mistake being very effective.
