摘　　要：在对城市突发事件应急信息管理的定义、特点和模式分析的基础上,提出城市突发事件应急管理只有与信息管理相融合,以信息管理连接和支撑应急管理,才能更好的阻止或降低突发事件带来的危害。On the base of analyzing definition, characteristics,pattern of the emergency information management of city thunderbolt, We can impede and reduce the harm which the thunderbolt brings on condition that the city thunderbolt emergency management fuses with the information management and the information management connects and supports the emergency management.
