摘　　要：在世界主要经济体的需求都已出现显著萎缩,直接影响我国外向型实体经济发展的情况下,我国经济面临着严峻的挑战。基于我国城市、乡村发展与当前消费市场结构性缺陷之间的关联,结合中央政府扩大内需、促进经济平稳较快增长的政策措施,城乡规划应以优化"都市区"空间结构和提升农村人居环境的宜居性作为调整或改进规划的技术思路。Most of the world＇s major economies are experiencing a drop in demand for goods and services. Because it is a major supplier, China＇s economy is directly affected by this reduction in global demand and faces great challenges. Considering the challenge of the structural defect between rural urban development and the consumer market, and the government policy for increasing domestic demand and maintaining fast steady economic growth, we should promote ＂urban area＂ development and rural settlements in future urban rural planning.
