摘 要:运用超声波辅助技术首先采用一步环合法合成N-甲基咪唑;进一步采用一步法合成1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐{[EMIm]BF4},其FT-IR红外光谱图与文献一致。实验结果表明,一步法合成离子液体较合理的条件:在70℃下,恒温3 h,对制得的离子液体进行纯化,产率为79.5%。将[EMIm]BF4应用于乙酸乙酯的制备实验中,产率为71.2%,高于传统的酸催化产率48%,生成的酯不溶于离子液体因而容易分离,离子液体经过回收可重复使用。Firstly, the N-methylimidazole was synthesized in this paper. Then 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole terafluoroborate { [ EMIm ] BF41 was synthesized by one step. The structure was characterized by FT-IR and was consistent with the literature. The experimental results showed that the optimum synthesis condition of the ionic liquid by one-step was under 70 ℃ for 3 h. [ EMIm ] BF4 was applied as solvent and catalysis for ethyl acetate reaction, the yield was 71.2%, remarkably higher than yield under the H2SO4 catalysis. In addition, the products were easily separated and the ionic liquids can be reused in the reaction.
