提高程潮球团质量的试验研究

摘　　要：通过对程潮铁精矿进行球团试验，研究影响球团质量的因素，得出提高球团质量的措施。结果表明，原料-0．074mm粒级控制在85％～98％为宜、粘结剂用量2．0％、水分8．0％，在稳定操作条件下可获得优质球团矿，生球落下强度〉3．8（次·0．5m^-1）／球，抗压强度12N／球，爆裂温度〉450℃，其成品球抗压强度〉2．5kN／球。Through the trial of Chengchao iron ore concentrates on the properties of product pellet, the factors of properties of pellet is studied. The result shows： -0. 074 mm particle control in 85% to 98%, binder amount of 2.0%, moisture content is 8.0%, good properties of pellets is obtained in stable operating condition, for instance, the green balls dropping strength of 3 per 0.5 m, a compression strength of 12 N, a shock temperature over 450℃, and the compression strength of pellets over 2.5 kN.
