摘　　要：介绍了以S7300PLC为中央控制器,实现整个润滑油站自动启停,报警和重故障停减速机;在现场用触摸屏对整个润滑油站的压力、温度、液位、流量以及减速机的温度等进行实时监视并显示报警信息等;中控DCS和S7300PLC采用Profibus协议进行通讯,只用一根总线来对现场进行实时的监视与控制。This paper presents how to realize the automatic on and off of the entire lubrication, the automatic alarm and the automatic off of the reducer in case of serious malfunction, using a S7300PLC as the central controller; how to get, with the Touch Screen,the real-time monitoring of the oil pressure, the oil temperature, the oil level and the flow of the entire lubrication station, as well as the temperature of the reducer and the display of the alarm information; how to conduct real-time monitoring and control to the factory with only one bus, adopting the DCS and S7300PLC in a Profibus Protocol.
