摘　　要：针对太原第二炼钢厂精炼F炉冶炼的实际要求,使用西门子系列PLC、触摸屏、变频器和利用现场总线实现远程监控的新型专用喂线机的设计方案,文中阐述了该系统的各主要组成部分及特性,该方案有效提高了钢包喂线的自动化水平与冶炼钢质量。The paper presents a new controling method for advancing the automatization of feeder used in filling rare element by using SIEMENS S7-200 PLC, touching screen, TP170A and transducer MM420. The machine was used in 2th steel-making factory of Taiyuan steel＆iron company. The main modules and characteristics of the system are illustrated in this thesis.
