摘  要:在变幅机构水平位移补偿系统设计中考虑载荷、结构尺寸等不确定因素的影响,将可靠性优化理论、可靠性灵敏度分析与稳健设计方法相结合,讨论补偿滑轮组变幅机构可靠性稳健优化设计问题。把可靠性灵敏度溶入可靠性优化设计模型之中,将可靠性稳健优化设计转化为满足可靠性要求的多目标优化问题,利用相容决策支持问题法进行求解。Considering the impact of uncertain factors such as loads and sizes in optimization design of level displacement compensation of derricking mechanism, based on the reliability - based optimization theory, the stable reliability sensitivity method and the robust design method. The reliability -based robust design of compensative pulley block is extensively discussed. The reliability sensitivity is added to the reliability- based optimization design model and the reliability -based robust design is transformed into the multi -objective optimization problem. The compromise decision support problem method is used to support design decisions in problems involving multiple objectives. According to the numerical results, the approach proposed is convenient, practical and can represent the requirement of the designer much more.
