摘　　要：利用LS-DYNA对采煤机镐形截齿的截割过程进行了模拟,在给定不同的截割速度的情况下,得到了截割力3个方向分力的变化规律。模拟结果表明:在截割过程中随着截割速度的增大,截割阻力、牵引阻力和侧向力的平均值表现出不规则的变化趋势。Using LS - DYNA , simulates the cutting process of conical bits and gets the simulation results according to three direction force curves of different cutting velocities. The simulation result shows when the cutting velocity increases , the average of cutting resistance increases first and decreases later. The average of haul resistance and side resistance appear irregular change trend.
