摘　　要：加工中心斗笠式刀库由刀库横移装置、刀库分度选刀装置以及主轴上的刀具自动装卸机构组成。横移装置使刀库以直线运动的方式,从起始位置运动到换刀点进行换刀。在运动过程中速度表现为正弦曲线的运动规律,减小了刀库的运动冲击,保证刀库准确定位,满足换刀的技术指标要求。刀库分度装置采用电机驱动,定位法兰每回转一圈,分度盘反向转过一个刀位,从而使刀库轮毂得到周期性间歇运动,起到刀库的转位分度作用。其分度槽槽数(容刀量)越多,刀库转位越平稳,另一方面,槽数的增加会导致刀库尺寸的增加。因此,正确合理地选择刀库容量就显得尤为重要。The bamboo hat ATC of machine centre is made up of the horizontal moving device, dividing device and clamping ＆ releasing tool device in the spindle. The ATC moves in a line on two column slide way, from start point to end point to finish changing tools. The moving speed of ATC obeys sinusoidal rule, which reduces shocks in the ATC movement. It ensures a accurate positioning of the ATC, and met the tool changing requirement. The dividing device is divided by dividing motor. Dividing disk rotates one tool room while position flange rotates one circle. It makes tool wheel gain a periodical intermittent rotating action, and the ATC gains a dividing action. The more dividing slot, the more stably ATC rotates. Otherwise, the increment of slots leads to increment of size of ATC. So it is very important to exactly select the tools capacity of ATC.
