摘　　要：以漏磁检测原理为核心研究设计了钢丝绳断丝在线监测系统,对钢丝绳断丝等缺陷情况进行在线监测,详细分析了一种基于AT89S52单片机的数据采集方法,并设计了数据采集、分析、处理系统,检测结果与实际情况基本一致,从而使钢丝绳断丝等缺陷的判定较目前的手段更为科学、准确、合理。Researches and designs the wire -line monitoring system to defect broken wires in steel wire rope. Analyze the data collection methods based on a single chip of AT89S52 and design data collection, analysis, processing system. The tested results for wire rope off the wire - line monitoring is the same as the actual situation in basically. It provides a new means for the wire -line monitoring.
