Influence of CSP Coiling Temperature and Cold Rolling Reduction Ratio on Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Deep-Drawing Steel Sheets

摘  要:以低碳钢为实验原料,采用不同卷取温度和冷轧压下率进行工业实验,研究了卷取温度和冷轧压下率对深冲板组织和性能的影响。结果表明,卷取温度为570℃和600℃时,深冲板的组织为饼形晶粒;卷取温度为660℃和680℃时,深冲板的组织为等轴晶粒;卷取温度为600℃时,深冲板的综合性能最佳。压下率在75%时深冲板的综合性能最佳,此时rm为1.83,Δr为0.56。Low-carbon steel strip produced at different coiling temperatures and different cold rolling reduction ratios were used. Influence of different coiling temperatures and different cold rolling reduction ratios on microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that the deep-drawing steel has the best properties at the coiling temperature of 600℃ ; the microstructures of the strips are pancake grains at the coiling temperatures of 570 ℃ and 600 ℃, and equiaxed grains at 660 ℃ and 680℃, The steel has the best properties at the cold rolling reduction ratio of 75%, the maximum rm-value is 1.83 and △r-value is 0. 56.
