摘　　要：纺织品涂层整理是一种重要的整理技术.阐述了涂层整理剂的生态要求,分析了涂层整理剂(聚丙烯酸酯涂层剂、聚氨酯涂层剂、聚氯乙烯涂层剂)的生态问题,并指出解决的方法和取代品.同时介绍了涂层剂中含有的添加剂生态问题和解决方法,他们的取代品有:(1)阻燃剂(双环笼状磷酸酯衍生物的膨胀型、有机硼系、新型硅系、硼-氮协同阻燃体系和硼-硅协同阻燃体系、有机化合物与无机氮盐的复合物、烷基磷酸的氮衍生物);(2)防水剂(改性有机硅聚乳液、丙烯酸氟烃酯类树脂、含亲水链段的含氟易去污剂、弱阳离子型氟化物分散体);(3)抗菌剂(无机化合物型、季铵盐型、胍类、天然化合物);(4)交联剂应使用不含或不会释放出甲醛的品种,也可以使用低甲醛(符合标准)含量的交联剂.Textile coating is an important finish technology. The ecology demands of coating agent was stated and the ecology problems of coating agent （polyacrytate, polyurethane and polyvinyl chloride） were analyzed, and the resolution and their substitutes were pointed out. At the same time, the ecology problems of additives in the coating agents and its resolution were introduced. The substitutes were pointed out, respectively：（1） flame re- tardant （swelling type of bicyclic cage type phosphate derivative, organic boric base, novel silicon base, boric-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant system, and boric-silicon synergistic flame retardant system, complex of organic compound and inorganic nitrogen salt, and nitrogen derivative of alkyl phosphoric acid）;（2） water proofing agent （modified silicone polyemulsion, acrylic fluorocarbon ester resin, fluoro stain-removing agent with hydrophilic chain, weak cationic fluoride dispersion）;（3） bactericide （inorganic compound, quaternary ammonium salt, carbamidine, natural compound）;（4） crosslinking agent must be those which would not contain or release formaldehyde, or low formaldehyde crosslinking agent to accord with the standard could be used.
