摘　　要：利用抚钢60 t LF炉的生产条件和生产数据,考虑电极侧面消耗和端部消耗两部分内容,建立了LF精炼过程电极消耗模型。通过模型分析了抚钢现行工艺条件下的电极消耗水平。同时讨论了降低电极消耗应采取的措施和建议。Based on the production data of a 60 t ladle furnace in Fushun steelmaking plant, a model of electrode consumption of LF refining was developed. In the model, both side consumption and end consumption are considered. The electrode consumption in production is analyzed with the model. The measures and advices to reduce electrode consumption are brought forward.
