摘 要:试验研究了从风口喷吹碱性熔剂对高炉炉料软熔性能和初渣性能的影响。结果表明,随着综合炉料碱度的减小,滴落温度略有降低,滴落初渣中FeO含量明显增加,初渣流动性改善。还发现,烧结矿碱度过高可能加大滴落初渣与炉腹初渣的碱度差距,对初渣的稳定性产生不利影响。理论计算分析表明,采用从风口喷吹熔剂的技术有利于提高高炉的产量。The influence of basic flux injection through the tuyeres on softening-melting properties of blast furnace burden and properties of primary slag was investigated in laboratory. The results show that with the decrease of burden basicity, the melt-down temperature was slightly decreased, the FeO content in melt-down primary slag was substantially increased, and the fluidity of primary slag was improved. Moreover, it was found that excessive high hasicity of sinter would enlarge the basicity difference between melt-down primary slag and bosh primary slag, worsening slag stability. Theoretical calculation showed that by applying the technique of flux injection through the tuyeres, the blast furnace productivity could be improved.
