摘  要:以三氟乙酸钕为催化剂,对氯乙酸与异丙醇之间的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比等因素对氯乙酸异丙酯收率的影响。实验结果表明,反应的最佳条件为:氯乙酸用量为0.1 mol,醇酸物质的量比为1∶1.2,催化剂三氟乙酸钕用量为0.3 g,带水剂环己烷用量为8 mL,反应时间为45 min,酯收率达91.2%。This paper reported the esterification of chloroacetic acid with isopropyl alcohol catalyzed by neodymium trifluoroacetate.The effect of different factors,such as the reaction time,the amount of catalysts and the ratio of chloroacetic acid to isopropyl alcohol on the yield of isopropyl chloroacetate were carefully studied.The experimental results showed that the optimal reaction condition were as follows:When the amount of chloroacetic acid was 0.1 mol,the ratio of isopropyl alcohol to chloroacetic acid was 1.2,the amount of catalysts was 0.3 g,the amount of cyclohexane used as the dehydrating reagent was 8 mL.At a reaction time of 45 min,the yield of isopropyl chloroacetate reached 91.2%.
