摘 要:为了研究螺旋藻吸收作为海水养殖废水净化手段的可能性,通过2种方法对一株淡水螺旋藻钝顶螺旋藻(spirulina platensis)进行了海水环境的适应性驯化试验。结果表明,逐级提高海水比例法可以使得淡水螺旋藻较好地适应海水环境。还对驯化成功的螺旋藻进行了生长环境如pH、温度、光照度、COD等分析考查,得出最适宜的生长或操作条件。结果表明,螺旋藻使用的最佳条件为pH6~11、温度25~40℃,最佳使用浓度为91×10^4cell/mL左右,加入有机物能够促进螺旋藻的生长繁殖。驯化后的螺旋藻对于实际的养殖废水有较好的净化效果。We attempted to evaluate the possibility of using to remove ammonia from mariculture effluent through a series of experiments. Two methods were taken to make Spirulina acclimated in seawater. The resuits showed that the better acclimation method was to increase seawater percentage until it is 100% gradually. Biomass and ammonia concentration were measured during the whole process. The results showed that Spiralina can depend on ammonia as necessary nutrient for growth after the process of domestication culture. The best working condition of Spiralina for ammonia removal is pH 6 - 11, temperature 25 -40 ℃, algae delivery amount 91 × 10^4ell/mL. Proper dilivery of organism could make Spirulina grow better. And the Spirulina after acclimation have a good treatment effect on real maricuture wastewater
