摘  要:针对笔者开发并于目前广泛应用的连铸坯固定辊连续矫直技术,采用曲梁理论对矫直应变进行了研究。针对某钢厂直弧形板坯连铸机的连续弯曲、矫直改造,计算了矫直曲线曲率以及坯壳固液相界面处的矫直应变,并与原来使用的多点矫直的结果进行了对比和分析。研究表明采用曲梁理论计算矫直应变的方法是合理的,现场实际应用效果表明通过采用连续矫直技术降低矫直应变的速率对提高连铸坯质量以及产量都有很重要的意义。The curved beam theory was used to calculate the straightening strain according to the fixed-roll continuous straightening technique which was developed by the authors and is widely used today. Based on a practical continuous bending and straightening modification to a vertical curved continuous caster used in a steelmaking plant, the curvature and straightening strain were calculated and they were contrasted with the results of multi-point straightening. The results show that using curved beam theory to calculate straightening strain is reasonable and practical. The effects show that the continuous straightening technique can greatly reduce the strain rate and it is of great importance to the improvement of the quality and productivity of the slab.
