摘  要:采用凝胶注模成型工艺制备Al2O3-Mo金属陶瓷。预混液中单体丙烯酰胺AM和交联剂N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺MBAM质量比为35∶1,总量为干坯质量的5.39%时,干坯强度相对较高。分散剂加入量在0.65%~0.90%时,浆料粘度为3.5~3.6 Pa.s,适于凝胶注模。对烧结金属陶瓷试样作体积密度测定及线扫描分析,结果表明,凝胶注模成型Al2O3-Mo金属陶瓷烧结后体积密度为4.25 g/cm^3,而模压成型、同等条件制备的Al2O3-Mo金属陶瓷体积密度仅为3.72 g/cm^3。烧结试样断口各成分分布比较均匀,没有出现明显的偏析现象。制备出的Al2O3-Mo金属陶瓷测温套管可成功应用于高温合金测温。Preparation of Al2O3-Mo cermets by gelcasting process was studied. The dry parts with 5.39M (based on the weight of the dry part) weight of AM and MBAM (AM : MBAM=35 : 1) have higher intensity. When dispersant content lies between 0.65%-0.90%, the slurry has low viscosity of 3.5-3.6 Pa · s, which is appropriate for gel-casting. Bulk density and line-scanning analysis were carried out and the results show that the Al2O3- Mo cermets with density of 4. 25 g/cm^3 can be prepared, while the density of cermets by compression molding is only 3.72 g/cm^3. The line-scanning analysis reveals that the components are distributed homogeneously and there is hardly aliquation. The Al2 O3-Mo protecting tube prepared can be successfully used for temperature measurement of superalloy.
