摘　　要：在进行数字视频编辑时,经常会遇到画面闪烁、抖动、变形、显示不全等,究其原因可归纳为4个问题,即像素宽高比的概念、隔行扫描视频的处理、安全框的概念和电视节目信号标准问题。这些问题属于数字视频编辑的基本概念,但是由于种种原因,使得部分从业者对这些问题仍是一知半解,严重影响工作质量及效率,为此对这4个问题的起因及原理进行深入的阐述,并提出具体解决方法。In digital video editing, one often encounters the issues such as screen flashes, jitter, deformation and incomplete displaying, the reason can be summed up in four issues, that are pixel aspect ratio concept, interlaced scan video processing, the concept of safe box and television signals standard. Although these issues are basic concepts of digital video editing, however, due to various reasons, some practitioners are still have no comprehension of them, which seriously affects the work. In this paper, the courses and solutions of the four are deeply expounded.
