摘 要:在分析碟刹片结构和平面度要求的基础上,比较几种成形工艺方案并选择级进模作为快速成形方案,针对碟刹片的成形具体要求,确定相关冲压工艺参数,对主要成形零件进行结构设计,特别是对凸模、定位装置等进行了创新设计,并提出冲压的后处理工艺,这对提高碟刹片的一次成形合格率,增加企业的经济效益有一定的意义。After an analysis on the structure and accuracy requirements for the planeness, several shaping schemes were designed and compared and a progressive die was selected as a rapid prototyping process for the component. Some stamping parameters were determined according to specific requirements for the part forming. The structure of main die parts, especially the punch and Positioning device, etc. was designed. The post-treatment process for the stamping was proposed at the same time.
