铝制药瓶挤压工艺分析与模具设计

摘　　要：分析铝制药瓶成形工艺性和模具设计的难点,论述拉深和冷挤压2种工艺的优缺点和旋转压印机2种不同方案的优缺点,介绍冷挤压模和压印模的结构及旋转压印机的设计要点。实际生产证明:工艺方案合理,模具和旋转压印机结构安全可靠,满足零件的技术要求和产量要求。The key points of stamping technique and a die design for making an aluminum medicine bottle were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of two processes, drawing and cold extrusion were described; and two different schemes in using rotational imprinting machines were demonstrated. The structural design points of a cold extrusion die, a printing die and a rotational imprinting machine were also presented.
