摘　　要：介绍了蒸汽辅助注射成型技术的基本原理与特点,利用它可以很好地解决传统注射成型塑件的一些缺陷,如熔接痕、表观质量差、翘曲变形等,探讨了该技术需要研究的主要内容,并提出一些解决方案。该技术的推广应用对提升注塑行业的水平将会有积极的作用。Steam-assisted injection molding technology, also named rapid heat cycle molding （RHCM）, is helpful for avoiding some inevitable defects such as weld lines, poor surface quality, and warp deformation in conventional injection molding. The basic theory and characteristics of RHCM, some problems and possible solutions were discussed. This advanced technologY and practical application in production will promote the development of injection molding.
