摘  要:通过电火花表面新技术在Cr12MoV表面制备了高硬度的TiB2陶瓷涂层,通过扫描电镜和金相显微镜观察其微观形貌,能谱仪测量元素分布,X射线衍射仪测量涂层的物相,显微硬度计测量试样横截面的硬度分布。结果表明,Cr12MoV表面的TiB2涂层结构致密,无裂纹和分层,基体中的Cr和Fe显著扩散到涂层中,涂层与基体形成了牢固的冶金结合,涂层的物相主要为TiB2,硬度高达1 200 HV以上,模具耐磨性明显提高。In order to enhance die steels and prolong their service life, high hardness TiVB2 was deposited into the surface of Cr12MoV by electrospark. Optical Microscope and Scanning Electronic Microscope characterized microstructure of the coating. Elements distributions, micro hardness and phase structure were determined. The results indicate that the TiB2 based coating is continuous, dense, lamination and crack free. Chromium and Ferrite in the substrate diffuse to the coating obviously. The main phase of the coating is titanium diboride with hardness approximate 1200HV. The wear resistance of the as-deposited steel is better than quenched Cr12MoV.
