摘  要:研究了液压脉振注射充模过程中各个阶段的能耗情况,建立了振动力场作用下熔体区域螺杆、圆截面喷嘴和圆盘充模的物理模型与数学模型,并求得以上过程中能耗的解析式。通过实验验证了振动力场的引入使得注射过程能耗减小,探究了能耗在振动力场作用下的变化规律。The situation of power consumption of each stage during injection filling process based on hydraulic vibration injection molding machine was investigated. Mathematical and physical models of the melt which crossed through the screw and nozzle to the disc cavity which finally overflowed under the influence of the vibration force field were established. Based on the models, the analytic equations of the power consumption during the three processes were gained. It was proved by experiments that the injection power consumption was reduced due to the introduction of the dynamic vibration in the molding. The rules of this decrease were also researched.
