摘　　要：从技术的三维角度分析了现代技术观的演进过程,即技术决定论——部分条件论——条件总和论三个阶段。现代技术观割裂了技术与经济、自然、社会的有机联系,与和谐社会的目标系统有一定差距,因此构建和谐技术观是实现社会和谐的必然选择。This article analyzes the modern technology view from the three-dimensional angle of technology, that is, on the technical determinism-on the part conditions theory-on the total conditions theory evolutionary process. Modern technology view separates the links between technology and economy, nature and society, which is distant from the harmonious society＇s goal. Therefore, it is the inevitably choice for realizing social harmony by constructing a harmonious technical view. This paper proposes the thoughts of constructing harmonious technology view.
