摘 要:脱硫率是喷动床设计及应用中的重要参数之一。在120×240的双喷嘴矩形不锈钢床内,对新型的双喷嘴矩形开孔导流管喷动床在不同Ca/S摩尔比、进气温度、入口SO2浓度、静床层高度及绝热饱和温差条件下的脱硫率进行研究,并与不开孔导流管喷动床进行比较。结果表明:开孔导流管喷动床的脱硫率比不开孔导流管喷动床有明显的提高,并得出了脱硫率的关联式。The desnlfurization efficiency is one of important parameters in design and application of spouted bed. In the paper it was studied on a new double nozzles rectangular spouted bed with spotting punch draft tube. A 120 × 240 section double nozzles rectangular stainless steel spouted bed was used to investigate the effects of Ca/S molar ratio, gas inlet temperature, inlet concentration of SO2, static bed height, and approach to saturation temperature on desulfurization efficiency and a comparison of desulfurization efficiency was made between spotting punch draft tube spouted bed and the no-spotting punch draft tube one. It was shown that desnlfurization efficiency of the former was improved typically compared with the latter. And finally the correlation used to desulfurization efficiency was obtained.
