摘 要:马钢烧结带冷机废气余热发电系统,有两条烧结冷却生产线的余热回收约60%,还有约40%的热量排空浪费,发电机也远远没有达到它的装机容量。因此,为了定量地将余热利用系统的热能分布明细,明确热量损失原因,对马钢2号烧结机带冷机余热进行了全面测定,提出了提高锅炉效率的措施。Generating system by using waste heat of sintering cooler system were built in Ma Steel. There is about 60% waste heat of tow strips of sintering belt cooler recovery, and about 40% were wasted. The generator failed to reach the installed generating capacity by far. Therefore, in the paper analyses the waste heat distributing in quantitative and makes clear the reasons of the heat loss, and put forward the measures of improving boiler efficiency by the heat test of No. 2 sintering belt cooler.
