摘　　要：尝试构建了企业技术资本运营的过程模型,指出一个完整的运营过程应包括技术资本的筹集与积累、技术资本识别与确认、技术资本的市场化运作、技术资本的投放与使用四个基本阶段。为保障企业技术资本的全过程运营,须建立相应的现代企业管理制度,营造良好的知识产权保护环境,健全技术资本市场,构建企业技术资本运营管理体系。This paper tries to construct a process model of technology capital operation in enterprises, which includes technology capital procurement and accumulation, recognition and appraisal, market operation, and capital input. In order to ensure the whole process of technology capital operation, related modern enterprise management system, protection system of the intellectual property right, perfect technology capital market and enterprise management system of technology capital operation should he established.
