高效液相色谱法测定间苯二甲酸中的微量杂质

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,以阴离子交换键合固定相,同时测定间苯二甲酸中微量杂质3-羧基苯甲醛(3-CBA)、间甲基苯甲酸(m-TA)和苯甲酸(BA)等含量。采用的色谱柱为ZORBAX SAX柱,流动相为0.10 mol/L的NH4H2PO4+6%CH3OH(pH=4.5),检测波长240 nm。实验结果表明,该方法的工作曲线相关系数在0.9997以上,回收率大于96.76%,相对标准偏差小于2.69%。An ionic exchange high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method to determine the micro amount of impurities in m-phthalic acid is developed. 3-Carboxybenzaldehyde, rn-toluic acid and benzoic acid are simultaneously determined on a ZORBAX SAX column by using methanol-phosphate buffer solution （0.10 mol/L, pH=4.5） as mobile phase, with UV detection at 240 nm. The results show that the correlation coefficient of working curve is more than 0. 999 7, the recoveries of samples are more than 96.76% and the relative standard deviation （RSD） is less than 2.69%.
