摘 要:选用9条多态性和重复性好的随机引物对来自滇西南地区的52份野生油菜资源进行遗传多样性分析,共获得87个RAPD标记位点,其中有63个标记位点具有多态性,多态率达72.41%。根据87个标记位点的信息,用Popgene1.32软件分析,结果显示居群总的遗传变异(H t)为0.3899,遗传分化系数(Gst)为0.4875,基因流(Nm)为0.5256,平均期望杂合度(He)为0.3890,Shannon指数(I)为0.5739。利用UPMGA法建立了云南省52份野生油菜的亲缘关系聚类图,在遗传距离为0.498上,52份野生油菜居群被分为6个类群,27号居群、3号居群、10号居群、37号居群分别是一个单独的类群,16号居群与51号居群为一个类群,其它45个居群聚为一大类群。The genetic diversity of the 52 wild rapeseeds populations from the southwest of Yunnan province was studied by using 9 random primers which were the best in polymorphic and repetition, the message of the RAPD marker sites was analyzed by using the software Popgenel. 32, and the dendrogram of the rapeseed populations was constructed by the UPMGA method. The results showed that, in all, 87 RAPD alleles containing 63 polymorphic alleles were obtained, indicating the polymorphic rate was 72. 41%. Furthermore, the hereditary variability (Ht) was 0. 389 9, the Gst was 0. 487 5, the estimate of gene flow from Gst or Gcs (Nm) was 0. 525 6, the Nei's gene diversity (He) was 0. 389 0 and Shannon's Information index (I) was 0. 573 9. In addition, the 52 wild rapeseed populations could be divided into 6 groups with the genetic distance of 0. 498, the population 27, 3, 10 and 37 were single groups, respectively, the population 16 and 51 belonged to a same population, and other 45 populations could be converged into a big group.
