Response of Nutritional Growth and Photosynthesis to Enriching CO_2 in Pinellia ternata Plantlet of Sugar-free Tissue Culture

摘  要:以半夏叶片通过组织培养产生的不定芽为材料,探讨在微环境调控条件下,半夏无糖组培苗营养生长和光合生理对增施CO2的响应。研究结果表明:在CO2浓度600~1800μmol/mol的范围内,随CO2浓度的增加,半夏无糖组培苗的叶面积、生根率、净光合速率、水分利用率、叶绿素含量逐渐升高,气孔导度、蒸腾速率则逐渐下降。当CO2浓度为(1500±50)μmol/mol时,半夏无糖组培苗叶片的净光合速率达最大值(10.20±0.27)μmol/(m^2·s),且组培苗长出大量须根。研究表明,(1500±50)μmol/mol是半夏无糖组培苗进行光合作用的最适CO2浓度。In this paper, adventitious buds of Pinellia ternata were used as material and the response of nutritional growth and photosynthesis to enriching CO2 in P. ternata plantlet of sugar-free tissue culture was discussed. The results showed in the CO2 concentration range of (600 - 1 800) μmol/mol, with the increasing of CO2 concentration, the leaf area, rooting rate, net photosynthetic rate ( Pn), Water use efficiency (WUE) and chlorophyll content of P. ternata plantlet of sugar-free tissue culture were raised gradually, but the transpiration rate (Tr) and stomatal conductance (Gs) declined. While the CO2 concentration reached ( 1 500 ± 5 ) μmol/mol, the Pn reached the highest value of ( 10. 20 ± 0. 27) μmol/ (m^2 · s) and lots of fibers grew. So ( 1 500 ±50)μmol/mol was the optimal CO2 concentration for the photosynthesis of P. ternata plantlet of sugar-free tissue culture.
