摘  要:采用直接法合成了高硅铝比NaY分子筛,并实现了母液回用。所制备NaY分子筛的硅铝比较常规NaY分子筛提高了1个数值,用峰面积法测得其相对结晶度大于85%,同时具有小晶粒的特点。稀土改性研究结果表明,在低稀土含量和苛刻焙烧条件下,更能发挥高硅铝比NaY分子筛的高稳定性优势。采用低稀土两交一焙工艺制备的高硅铝比Y型分子筛其模式催化剂的微反活性可达57%。High- silica NaY zeolite was synthesized by direct method and the mother liquid were reused. The molar ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 of the synthesized NaY zeolite was one unit higher than that of commercial NaY. XRD characterization showed that the relative crystallinity of the high -silica NaY was more than 85% , and SEM observation showed that its particle size was smaller. The results of rare earth modification showed that under the conditions of exchange with low content of Re^3+ and severe calcination, hydrothermal stability of highsilica NaY was significantly higher than that of commercial NaY. Micro reactive activity test indicated that the model catalyst prepared by modified high - silica NaY ( two times Re^3+ ion exchange and one time calcination route) had 57% activity.
