摘　　要：传统商业街的历史价值和地域特色越来越受到重视.本文以福州八一七路传统商业街更新方案为例,初步探索如何在延续文脉的同时进行时代性的拓展.The historical value and regional Characteristics of Traditional Commercial Street has been gaining more and more attention. Based the renewal planning of Bayiqi Street, fuzhou as an example, the article analyses how to balance the traditional style and modern development.
