新兴产业布局对区域经济空间的影响——以台湾IC产业的长三角布局为例

摘　　要：身为力场的区域经济空间包含着不同方向不同大小的离心力和向心力,也意味着不同要素的最终组合将形成位势的差异,最终决定空间内部单位的布局选择和经济空间的发展方向。新兴产业是指随着新的科研成果和新兴技术的发明、应用而出现的新部门和行业,其发展与布局对区域经济空间起到深刻而长远的的影响。在新兴产业中,IC产业的发展壮大与创新升级都显得尤为突出。台湾IC产业在世界IC产业生产网络中具有举足轻重的地位。而中国大陆的IC产业发展也受到它的巨大推动与影响,从而突破保守落后的发展局面,逐步跻身中高端生产环节。在经济位势、市场位势、技术位势的综合作用下,作为台湾IC产业在中国大陆的主要布局重点,长三角的区域经济空间也相应受到了强烈影响。不仅改变了区域和城市内部的空间环境,而且促使了区域节点城市的跨越式升级和壮大。This paper discusses on the spacial diffusion of IC industry in Taiwan. As a newly emerging industry, IC industry strongly impacts the regional economic space of the Yangtze Delta. It is diffused from the Taiwan island to the whole world and mostly points to China's Mainland. The diffusion rooted in Hsinchu Science Park of Taiwan and a majority of manufacturer centralize around it. Based on three influential factors, the location of Taiwan IC industry has high particularity. The IC manufacturers make decisions gingerly on the investment and location. Compared to other industries, once new manufactory of IC industry is located, it will hardly ever transferred.
