生态住宅区规划设计的初步研究——以福州市为例

摘　　要：通过生态住宅区内涵和特点的阐述,在剖析当前福州市住宅区规划的现状及存在问题的基础上,根据生态住宅区规划的理念提出建设和设计生态住宅区的要点,并提出了生态住宅区规划内容和方法,从而为福州市的生态住宅区规划提出新的建议,为规划管理提供决策服务。The connotation and characteristics of ecological residential district was described in this paper. On the base of analysised the present situation and existing problems of present Fuzhou residential district planning, the construction and design points were proposed on the idea of ecological residential district planning. And the contents and methods of ecological residential district was put forward in the paper. It offer the new suggestion for ecological residential districthe planning of Fuzhou plans, serve for planning administrative decision.
