摘　　要：主要针对福州市东街口天桥现状及其存在的问题进行实证调研,通过分析,把市民爱天桥的"不容易"归结到三大方面九项原因,呼吁相关交通规划、设计、管理部门抛弃对人行问题的轻视,真正树立起"人行应当得到更多尊重"的观念。展望了一处"人走地面、车行地下、以人为本"的城市道路交叉口。Work carries on a investigation with substantial evidence main aim at the present condition and existence of the problem of overpass of Dongjiekou in Fuzhou City. According to analysis, citizen love overpass of ＂not easy＂ is returned knot to three generous sides and nine reasons. Work summaries the source of the overpass ＂pain combine happiness wear＂ is the city transportation management present of ＂take car as origin＂ condition, thus appeal related transportation programming, design, management sections abandon to the slight of person line problem and real start to set up the idea of ＂person line should get more respect＂. In the End, work outlook a cross of city road of ＂the person walk ground, garage underground, make people the center＂.
