摘　　要：本文以福州地区"三坊七巷"为例,阐述如何利用三维激光扫描技术、GIS历史切片等数字化技术进行城市历史文化遗产的规划与保护,探索其新途径,为提高修复的效率与完整性以及为其他的遗产保护建设提供经验与借鉴,实现技术创新,成为申请世遗的创新点。This article takes Fuzhou area SANFANGQIXIANG as the example, elaborates how to use digitization technology such as three--dimensional laser scan technology, GIS history slice for the city history culture heritage pian and protection, explores a new way , which will enhances the efficiency and integrity of the repairment and may provide the experience and model ,for other heritage protection project, realize technology innovation and will be the innovation highlight of the application for the World Natu- ral and Cultural Heritage.
