摘　　要：阳光国际广场1#楼为一栋38层的超高层商住楼,本文着重介绍了其地基基础及底板抗浮的设计,抗浮锚杆设计施工要点;上部结构的布置选型、设计难点与对策、结构整体分析及弹性时程分析等,并对计算结果进行了详细的分析与总结。可供同类结构设计时参考。1st tower of Sunlight International Square is a super high-rise building with 38 floors. This paper mainly introduces the structural analysis of water-resisting of basement, seismic design of main structural system, time-history analysis of the tower, the design difficulty and the countermeasure. The elaborate discuss is given. The experience can be referred by similar engineering.
