摘　　要：融旺国际公馆设2层地下室和2层"半地下室",地上由五栋32层的高层商住楼组成。本文着重介绍了其结构分区,结构选型和结构整体分析,提出了转换结构的类型、特点,以及相应的设计概念与设计方法。可供同类结构设计时参考。Rongwang International Apartment Complex is composed by five high rise commer-residential buildings with 38 floors and basement with 4 floors. This paper mainly introduces the analysis of structural system, seismic design of main structure and transfer story structure. The experience can he referred by similar engineering.
