摘 要:采用聚乙二醇和铁盐、钴盐的乙醇溶液,通过旋涂法在硅基底表面分散得到制备单壁碳纳米管的催化剂颗粒,并用水汽辅助化学气相沉积法制备了直立生长的单壁碳纳米管。考察了不同旋涂速度、聚合物用量和Fe/Co用量对基底表面催化剂分布的影响,用SEM、Raman光谱对相应催化剂分布条件下生长的碳纳米管进行了表征。结果表明,旋涂的转速高时形成的催化剂颗粒分布均匀、粒径小,有利于单壁碳纳米管的生长,而较高Fe、Co和聚乙二醇(PEG)用量能使催化剂密集分布,有利于碳纳米管的直立生长;在7 000 r/min成膜时,质量分数为1.25%的PEG和质量分数均为0.05%的Fe和Co,是单壁碳纳米管直立生长的适宜催化剂条件。The homogeneous bimetallic catalysts(Fe/Co) particles on a silicon wafer was prepared by spin coating with the mixture of ethanol solution of polyethylene glycol(PEG) and salts of Fe/Co for the synthesis of vertically aligned single-walled carbon nanotubes. The dependence of distribution of catalyst particles on spin-coating speed, PEG content and catalyst concentration was investigated. Consequently,the single walled carbon nanotubes synthesized on the catalysts were characterized by SEM and Raman spectroscopy. The result shows the high rotation rate is favorable to small particle size and the formation of single walled carbon nanotubes, while a relatively high PEG and catalyst content are necessary for the high density of catalyst particles and vertically aligned growth although the higher catalyst content and the larger particle size would result in the multiwalled rotation rate was set to be 7 000 r/min, the optimized conditions for the single walled carbon nanotubes were w (PEG) = 1.25 %, w ( Fe ) = 0.05 % carbon nanotubes. When the growth of vertically aligned and w(Co) =0.05%.
