摘  要:报道了一种含酯基不对称Gemini表面活性剂n-C12H25(CH3)2N+CH2CH2OCO2CH2CH2N+(CH3)2C16H33-n.2Br(Ⅰ)的合成。在丙酮溶液中,N,N-二甲基乙醇胺与光气反应得到二(N,N-二甲基胺基乙基)碳酸酯(Ⅱ),收率60%(以N,N-二甲基乙醇胺计);Ⅱ在丙酮中与1-溴代正十二烷反应,经石油醚处理,再用1-溴代正十六烷季铵盐化,经乙腈重结晶后,得白色固体产物Ⅰ,质量分数为99.4%,收率为50%(以1-溴代正十二烷计)。用电导率法测定其CMC=1.93×10-4mol/L。Synthesis of an unsymmetrical Gemini surfactant with ester group n-C12H26 (CH3)2N^+ CH2CH2OCO2CH2CH2N^ + (CH3 )2C16H34-n · 2Br^- ( Ⅰ ) was reported in this paper. A yield of 60% of bis [ 2-( dimethylamino ) ethyl ] carbonic acid ester ( Ⅱ ) [ based on 2- (dimethylamino) ethanol ] was obtained by reacting 2-(dimethylamino) ethanol with phosgene in acetone. Then ( Ⅱ )reacted with 1- bromododecane in acetone and, after treated with petroleum ether, the product was quaternized with 1- bromohexadecane. The resulting quaternary salt was recrystallized in acetonitrile to give ( Ⅰ ) in the form of white solid with 50% yield (based on 1-bromododecane ). The purity of the unsymmetrical quaternary-ammonium Gemini surfactant was 99.4% by two-phase chemical titration analysis. The critical micelle concentration(CMC) was found to be 1.93 × 10^-4 mol/L by measuring the electrical conductivity of ( Ⅰ ).
