摘 要:用拟二元及拟三元相图法研究了醇醚糖苷(AEG30、AEG08)/醇/环己烷/水四组分微乳液的相行为,与烷基糖苷(APG)相行为作了比较,并用内聚能比(R比)理论作了解释。结果表明,拟二元体系,随着正丁醇质量分数的增大,APG、AEG08微乳液类型发生WinsorⅠ→Ⅲ(Ⅳ)→Ⅱ的转变,AEG30发生WinsorⅠ→Ⅲ(Ⅳ)→Ⅱ→Ⅳ→Ⅰ的转变,表面活性剂EO链越长,发生WinsorⅠ→Ⅲ(Ⅳ)转变所需最小醇质量分数越大;随着正戊、己醇质量分数的增大,AEG30微乳液类型发生WinsorⅠ→Ⅲ(Ⅳ)→Ⅰ转变。拟三元体系,随着表面活性剂及正丁醇(S+A)质量分数的增大,AEG微乳液类型也发生WinsorⅠ→Ⅲ(Ⅳ)→Ⅱ的转变,对于APG只出现WinsorⅡ、Ⅳ;油水比对AEG30/正戊、己醇/环己烷/水微乳相行为有很大的影响。The phase behaviors of the microemulsion for the quaternary system of the alkylethoxyglucoside (AEG30, AEG08 )/alcohol/cyclohexane/water were studied with the pseudo-binary and pseudo-ternary phase diagrams. They were compared with those of alkylpolyglueoside (APG). Such behaviors were explained with the R ratio theory. Results show that the transformation of Winsor Ⅰ → Ⅲ ( Ⅳ )→ Ⅱ in the APG, AEG08 microemulsion type were observed from the pseudo-binary phase diagram of APG, AEG08 with increasing the mass fraction of n-butanol. For the transformation of Winsor Ⅰ → Ⅲ ( Ⅳ )→ Ⅱ→Ⅳ→ Ⅰ in the AEG30 microemulsion, the longer the EO chain of the surfactant, the higher the minimum mass fraction of needed alcohol is for the transformation of Winsor Ⅰ to Winsor Ⅲ ( Ⅳ ) with increasing the mass fraction of n-pentanol, n-hexanol. The transformation of Winsor Ⅰ → Ⅲ ( Ⅳ ) Ⅰ in the AEG30 was also found in the AEG30 microemulsion. In addition, the transformation of Winsor Ⅲ ( Ⅳ )→ Ⅱ was also discovered from pseudo-ternary phase diagram in AEGos, AEG30 with increasing the mass fraction of surfaetant and alcohol ( S + A). As in the case of APG, the transformation of Winsor Ⅱ , Ⅳ was also discovered. The oil-water ratio has a great influence on the phase behaviors of AEG30/ n-pentanol, n-hexanol/cyclohexane/water.
